Cool, Just Need 6 Weeks Build Houses This!

Pre-fab house design (pre-fabricated) could be one of the most efficient way to build a home - though in recent decades, some pre-fab style has been associated with cheap materials and poor construction.

What is the pre-fab house? For trivial pre-fab house designs can be assumed like assemble home from lego toy. Of course the actual size.

It used to be the factory workers make parts of the house. When finished, the parts are then shipped and assembled in your home - a process that usually takes between 10 to 50 weeks.

And recently, Avava Systems, a startup company based in San Francisco, has designed a small pre-fab house called Britespaces. The surplus, pre-fab houses could be built more quickly.

As quoted by Business Insider, CEO Avava Systems, Benjamin Kimmich, said construction Britespace only takes four to six weeks.

Obviously this is a very fast considering many other pre-fab startup also promising able to build pre-fab, but the fastest time is the range of 10 weeks.

"So Avava send parts of the house in a cardboard box packed ala Ikea products, thus speeding up the time and efficiency of the plant to a location where the house will be built," said Kimmich.

And to build this house, Avava cooperation with the construction crew as a third party to build your own house.

In 2016, Avava launched three models with different sizes, with a base price that ranges from 117 thousand to 223 thousand US dollars US dollars. This price includes the cost of permits, construction, and contracting services.

But does not include the furniture therein. You must be purchased separately.

But unfortunately, the pre-fab house design is only available in the United States alone that can be ordered through the site Avava.

And here is an example of the design:

Model name Brightspaces - Model 264, Model 352, Model 480 - reflecting the number ofsquare length of each model. Two smaller studios, while the largest is the house with one bedroom.

The design of this house has a concrete foundation with the framework of the pine wood. Each piece is paired component appropriate place, so as to make the build process so much quicker.

You can customize the size, color the window, align the color, put the cabinet, and installing flooring. And here is the Model 264, which is delivered in 64 boxes:

Bedroom has a high ceiling, making the room look larger.

The whole house gets the lighting of the LED light and natural light is sufficient.

Bathroom has an area of about 20 square feet, in which already there is a shower, toilet, and sink.

"Every house is also designed to be able to accommodate electric water heaters, solar panels and batteries to store the energy suryai," said Kimmich. Looking ahead Avava hope to open source design homes that could be built by anyone.
